Seek Me. O LORD–I Found You…or did You find me?

Seek = attempt to find something or someone; desire to obtain or achieve something; search; look for; request; quest

See = Perceive with the eyes; discern visually; view; understand; perceive; behold

Deuteronomy 4:29-30 (NIV)

29 But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and obey him.

1 Kings 22:5-6 (NIV)

But Jehoshaphat also said to the king of Israel, “First seek the counsel of the Lord.”

Ask, Seek, Knock

…and you will find Him!

The Lord will give it

Be strong and do the work

I (God) will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land

He will rouse himself on your behalf and restore you to your prosperous state

Receive, Find, Door Opened

‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’

Thank You, O Mighty, Loving God.  Surprise!  I just thought I was seeking You, Father God.  What joy to find You are seeking me…actually, You are seeking each one of us!  For it is written, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” and ‘We are his offspring.’ O Lord, I am lost and I am Your offspring..  Please find me… and all Your lost sheep.  So we can live, move and have our being–IN YOU.
