Surpass. O LORD!

Surpass = exceed; be greater than; to go beyond in amount, extent, or degree

Psalm 138:2 I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame.

Psalm 150:2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.

Proverbs 8:19 My fruit is better than fine gold; what I yield surpasses choice silver.

Proverbs 31:29 “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

Matthew 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

May we come to You, Lord God, for Your surpassing goodness, grace, & gifts.  That we may know You, Your Holy Spirit and Your Son, Jesus.
