Finding Calm in the Chaos – Peace. Be Still

Have you ever heard the still small voice whisper to you, saying “Peace. Be still.”?  Oh, me too!  Today, in fact.

Be still. Have you ever been so busy, then felt a deep need to be still? This post gives 4 scriptures to remember when feeling pulled in so many ways.

Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father’s Son, will be with us in truth and love. 2 John 1:3

Peace from God. In truth and love. Yes, Lord!

Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. Jude 1:2

In abundance! Yes, indeed, Father!

I hope to see you soon, and we will talk face to face. Peace to you. The friends here send their greetings. Greet the friends there by name. 3 John 1:14

So I say hello, let’s talk soon, my friends in the blogosphere world. Face to face (Periscope possibly?).  I pray peace for you, your friends and family. Please give them my love as you call each one by name.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10

How many times as a kid did you lay out on the ground on a sunny day, soft clouds drifting overhead, and talk to God? Oh, yea, me too! I loved talking to Him, envisioning Him leaning down to teach me His ways and His word. ..when I was in His Will.  Oh, yea, BIG detail there…

Be still, and know that I am God;

Be Still…And know.  Yes Lord.  Does that mean I get to lay out in the grass and stare up at the clouds as I to talk to You? I can see it now…

Hugs!

Hummm…Is God nudging me to say watch for an opportunity to join me for a live call? It’s fun when God drops thoughts into our spirit, isn’t it?!
