Alone.
In the background I hear Nichole Nordeman singing:
What if you’re wrong? What if there’s more? What if there’s love?
I sit here alone, pondering the word alone. Is it a statement or a question?
I am alone.
Or is it really AM I alone?
Matthew 28:20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
I AM with you…always.
I AM alone. Oh, hello, God! There You are! I AM The Great I AM.
Exodus 3:14 God said to Moses, “I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.’”
Thank You Father for confirming that I AM not alone, as You are here. Always with me. Sent…You send good gifts, God. And that makes me laugh out loud with delight!
Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Oh, it started with alone and now I see You here, Lord God Almighty. That is the desire of my heart. To talk with You. To walk with You. To delight in You, Lord.
Psalm 37:23 The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him;
And now You tell me my steps will be firm if I delight in You.
[Tweet “Praise God! My steps will be firm as I walk with You. I am not alone…ever.”]
